A Gentle Introduction to Conscious Touch
Within the retreat, you will be introduced to elements of the SOUL IN TOUCH approach in a natural and accessible way.
Rather than focusing on technique alone, we begin with awareness — learning how to arrive, ground, and connect before offering touch.
Because the quality of your presence shapes the experience you create.
Through guided sessions, you will explore:
- how to center yourself and work from a place of awareness
- the art of conscious, compassionate touch
- simple Thai Yoga Bodywork techniques and assisted stretches
- how to listen to the body and respond intuitively
- basic principles of body mechanics for ease and sustainability
These sessions are designed as an introduction — allowing you to experience the essence of the work without pressure or expectation.

Back to the Roots Retreat – at Casa el Riego, Tenerife, Spain
Semivaganti rests quietly in the rolling hills of the Marche, where time seems to slow and the landscape invites a deeper breath. Surrounded by open skies, ancient earth, and natural simplicity, this place offers a gentle sense of arrival — a space that supports presence, embodied practice, and the subtle art of listening.
I share a special connection with Luca and Alessia, whom I already came to know in Tenerife, where they ran a beautiful vegan restaurant with much care and heart. Here in Italy, we are delighted to be nourished by their delicious vegan cuisine, lovingly prepared with locally sourced ingredients from the region. The food, just like the place itself, carries a sense of coming home.
Program
- Learn the essence of Qi Gong — a beautiful, grounding practice that teaches you body mechanics, breath awareness, and presence.
- YogaQiFlow sessions, my signature movement practice blending Qi Gong, Yoga, and embodied breathwork to prepare you physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically for the bodywork we’ll practice.
- Deepen your skills, where you’ll learn a Thai Yoga Bodywork-inspired sequence, including assisted stretches, energy line techniques, and conscious, compassionate touch.
- Enjoy daily fresh, vegetarian brunches and dinners prepared with produce from our finca and local farms — because how we nourish ourselves is part of the practice.
- Receive your SOUL IN TOUCH Essentials Course Manual to support your continued learning and personal practice after the course.
- This 5-day immersion lays the foundation to join the SOUL IN TOUCH Academy starting May 2026.
