My trainings and retreats foster a sense of belonging by creating a safe space where people can reconnect with themselves and one another, while allowing them to be their authentic selves. Using yoga, qi gong, and bodywork, we learn to rebuild our trust and affection for ourselves while developing a capacity for compassion and living mindfully in the present with our community. Ultimately, we gain healing and growth in our body, mind, and soul.
