Get introduced to the art of ancient healing touch and learn to touch not just the physical body, but also the emotional and spiritual body. Over the years, Marco has created his own kind of Thai yoga massage called SOUL IN TOUCH Thai Yoga Bodywork - a gentle and loving, yet deep and powerful way of treating humans. You will learn mainly how to come into a neutral state of being, a state of pureness and acceptance to what is, to touch with pure presence and awareness, that we call Conscious Touch.  After this Workshop, you will be able to give a 30 min SOUL IN TOUCH Thai Yoga Bodywork Massage, touching from the feet to the head:) Touch with pure presence and awareness. Get inspired by your own presence.

10:00 - 10.30: Opening Circle, Chanting
10:30 - 11:30: Qi Warm up + Qi Gong Exercises to prepare for the Thaï Yoga Bodywork practice
11:30 - 11:45: Short break
11:45 - 12:15: Conscious Touch Exercise
12:15 - 12:30: Body Mechanics and Posture in the Bodywork practice
12:30 - 13:00: Break
13:00 - 13:45: Demo Bodywork Practice (Just observe and learn)
13:45 - 14:30: First guided Round (Giving & Receiving)
14:30 - 14:45: Short break
14:45 - 15:30: Second guided round (Giving & Receiving)
15:30 - 16:00: Closing Circle, Chanting & Good Bye
